Diepsloot, Johannesburg, South Africa 22nd of April 2009: An old tyre has been set alight to keep voters warm on a chilly autumn day in Diepsloot. Voters in the Township of Diepsloot are queuing up patiently in order to cast their vote in the fourth free elections since the fall of Apartheid in 1994.
